The race with the staging locations Grosse Scheidegg, First, the Faulhorn Mountain Guest House, Schynige Platte, Wengen, Männlichen, Kleine Scheidegg and the traverse along the base of the Eiger North Face is not only spectacular but also a fantastic and unforgettable alpine experience.

trail E101 with 101 kilometers and 6700 meters in height will be a
challenge to all competitors.
Ueli Steck our local matador and Event-Ambassador is convinced: "Personally, I believe that the Eiger Ultra Trail will be tougher than the solo attempt of the Eiger North Face....." And this despite the possibility to stop over at the guest house on the Faulhorn at 2680 m and the Mountain Award that can be won there.
