Dear Yukimitsu Taguchi,
Congratulations! You have been conditionally selected to participate as part of the Race Across USA core team!
The Race Across USA event is scheduled to start in California on January 16, 2015 and end in Maryland 140 days later on June 2, 2015.
In order to accept the core team position, please print, sign and date, scan and email all pages of this Core Team Runner Agreement by Friday, October 18, 2013. It sets forth the framework for your relationship to the event staff and other runners. Please don’t sign the agreement if you have concerns about being able to abide by it. As stated in the Runner Agreement, I also need a photo and a short, one-paragraph bio about you and your running resume by Friday, October 18, 2013.
The first payment of US$500 is due by December 31, 2014. We will provide details on how to make the first payment in a subsequent email.
In the coming weeks, you will receive more information on the progress of the planning process, agreements with sponsors and other key milestones.
